
Kelsey Theiss grew up in Weatherford, Texas, and studied multiple forms of dance in the local area. She took an interest in teaching and choreography at a young age and won her first dance competition with her own choreography at the age of 12. As she got older, she went on to help teach and choreograph at multiple studios, and also taught ballet at a homeschool co-op in Weatherford, Texas. In Junior High, she began attending Margo Dean’s School of Ballet, where she studied extensively in Classical Ballet and Pointe under Artistic Director Webster Dean. While there, she began performing with Ballet Concert of Fort Worth, Texas and continued to perform professionally in their Corps de Ballet in classical pieces such as “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” and “Les Sylphides” for several years. Kelsey later went on to attend college at Sam Houston State University, where she studied teaching in Ballet and Modern for three years and participated in several of their showcases with guest choreographers. Most recently in 2023, while living at Yokota Air Base in Tokyo, Japan she taught Jazz dance classes at their community center to military children. She is very passionate about musicality and technique, and believes strongly in creating a safe and age-appropriate place for dancers to learn and grow in confidence in their artistry.

Emmy grew up in Vilonia, Arkansas, where she was raised in a close-knit family that encouraged hard work, faith, and commitment. She attended Vilonia High School, where she continued pursuing her passion for cheerleading and athletic leadership. She has 12 years of cheerleading experience, with extensive training in cheer and tumbling, technique, strength, flexibility, and performance. Throughout her cheer journey, she has been part of multiple teams and have competed at various events, learning the importance of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. In addition to competing, she has experience teaching and mentoring younger athletes, helping them build strong foundations in cheer and tumbling in a safe, positive, and encouraging environment. Emmy is also proud to volunteer with a special needs cheer team called the Starlings, where she helps support athletes of all abilities and create an inclusive, uplifting space for them to grow and succeed. She is passionate about using cheerleading not only as a sport, but as a way to build confidence, character, and community, and she strives to lead with patience, positivity, and integrity in everything she does.

Cynthia Hanks is a mother of 5 and the proud owner of H&H Accounting Services as well as a passionate dancer with many years of experience in ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, and pom. She provides exceptional accounting services tailored to meet her clients' needs while sharing her love for dance with many in the community. Cynthia has been dancing since the age of 8, starting her journey at Linda’s School of Dance in Bryant. Her dedication and talent led her to become a standout member of the Bryant Dance Team, where she contributed to several state championships and showcased her skills at national competitions in Florida. With a unique blend of financial expertise and artistic flair, Cynthia is committed to helping others achieve their goals in both business and dance.
